If you want to know more you should probably just contact me, but I figure this is my piece of real-estate on the Internet, and if I die tomorrow I'd like to leave something behind, so here goes...
When I realized I needed to take better care of myself I started telling myself I'm an athlete so it would become part of my identity and exercising would feel compatible with who I am. Almost a decade in and exercise is now a non-negotiable part of my life. 🚴 Cycling is my favorite!
💻 Digital Nomad
I quit my job in 2015 to travel the world 🌍 and live a location independent lifestyle. It's been a bumpy ride — I traveled around the world with no plan for two and a half years — but I’m still a digital nomad!
I started three different businesses while I was traveling. They all failed which was great because it led me to where I am now. My business is fully remote, and I collaborate with incredible people from all over the country.
Traveling the world with two bags was profoundly transformative. I realized from first hand experience how little I actually need. Now I actively resist acquiring more stuff. I moved down to Latin America with what I could carry onto a plane and don't ever want to own much more than that. It just feels so much better keeping life simple, focused, and free of clutter.
I've played electric guitar on and off for years, and even stopped for years due to an injury. But after almost five years away I'm back to basics and am focusing intently on rhythm and timing. I play a Fender Stratocaster and use Ableton Live to process my sound and make recordings.
I question everything. Especially my own thoughts, opinions, and experiences. I've always been curious, and at a certain point I realized the world I was raised to believe in — doesn't exist.
I’ve had a daily meditation practice for almost a decade now. I started about the same time I started exercising. It’s completely changed the way I experience myself, and helps keep me grounded in this crazy world!
